Join Us As We Paint with a Purpose

The Maria Fearing Fund invites you to join us for an inspiring afternoon of creativity, community, and celebration at Painting with a Purpose on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Hillside Presbyterian Church 1879 Columbia Dr, Decatur, GA 30032. This intergenerational event will bring together children, youth, and adults for a meaningful experience centered around the life and legacy of Maria Fearing, Presbyterian missionary to the Congo whose faith, courage, and determination continue to inspire generations. Guests will enjoy a guided painting experience, fellowship, light refreshments, and a special appearance by author K.A. Ellis, whose beautiful storytelling introduces readers to the remarkable journey of Maria Fearing in a way that is engaging for all ages.

Whether you are an experienced artist or simply looking for a joyful and uplifting community event, Painting with a Purpose offers a welcoming space to connect, reflect, and create together.
